When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?
No, we do not offer a preferred employer discount program at this time at our community.
Does your community offer furnished apartments?
Yes, we offer full service options, including furniture rentals and details can be found on our website.
Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?

Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
Are there ceiling fans?

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?
The parking options at our community include 1 reserved parking included with the monthly rent. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.
Is there a gym, pool, or common area?
Yes, our community offers a refreshing swimming pool and shared outdoor common areas, including a barbecue area and a relaxing courtyard with fireplaces. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.
Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.
Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?
We do not allow pets in our community at this time.
Are there EV charging stations?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community.
Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?
Yes, our community is located in downtown Palo Alto near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with nearby spots including Crepevine and the shops and restaurants along University Avenue. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby shopping, dining, and local services.
What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Is there a maximum number of occupants?
A studio apartment has a maximum number of two people. A one bedroom apartment has a maximum number of three persons. Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Our guest policy is up to 2 guests. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Is there guest parking available?
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply depending on community guidelines. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
